Background:With the change of life and working way, nerve root type cervical spondylosis has increased rapidly and the young tendency. Therefore, for quantitative analysis of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on between dose and effect, is significant for different doses sufficient drug prescription prescription overall effect.Objective:To verify the optimal dose of Xiang Bikang treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, as the party further clinical application and promotion of laying the foundation.Methods:The patients of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were 135 cases,with three factors(three groups of drugs on) three levels (three doses) dose-response orthogonal mode were randomly divided into 9 experimental groups,15 cases in each group; each group of patientson the basis of the group treatment, treatment for 4 weeks, and second weeks after treatment before treatment for 4 weeks, and VAS score and symptom score, visual evaluation before and after treatment were pain symptoms, signs and symptoms improved, finally obtains thedose effect relationship of Xiang Bikang.Results:By contrast, the total score of symptoms score and clinical efficacy before and after the treatment,VAS value of 9 test groups, reached 9 in test group seventh group eighth groupeffect>>ninth>>fifth group fourth group sixth group third group>>second group>group first pain relief,there was Yi overall difference (P<0.05); 9 in experimental group, the remission of symptoms on the seventh group sixth group eighth group>>>>>fifth groupfourth group second group ninth group third group>>>irst group.Conclusion:The difference of Xiang Bikang packet with different doses of the clinical efficacy of visible,comprehensive analysis of intuitive analysis and variance results, Xiang Bikang to seventh groupsshown dose prescription in the study of the best clinical effect.
