Objective:In order to understand the status of rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury,find out the deficiency existing stage rehabilitation treatment process and put forward the proposal for the rehabilitation treatment specifications.we have statisti- cal analysised of clinical data from 2010 to 2012 in Dalian City 8 three level of first-class hospital in patients with spinal cord injury,Materials and Methods: 1.Access to the clinical data of patients with spinal cord injury who mainly come from the third level hospital in Dalian status, between2010 January to 2012 December.The 8 hospital which we chose include The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University.2.The formulation of medical records of patients with inclusion and exclusion criteria.Consulting domestic and abroad and in patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation therapy related literature.3.The production of Dalian city "spinal cord injury rehabilitation treatment retrospectively survey" under the guidance of instructors. Filling out one by one according to each item in the questionnaire.4.The data analysis and data compilation.We recycle the statistical investigation forms, the obtained data entry computer,made form Excel backup. At the same time,we excluded did not meet the inclusion request records, check again to problems questionna- ire. Finally we included patients were grouped according to different conditions.5.Strictly control the quality of the data we obtained.We use SPSS 13 statistical analysis software to get the data of.Results: 1 Dalian City incidence of spinal cord injury: During the period of 2010 January to 2012 December refer to Dalian status 8 hospital we chose,we got 1573 cases of spinal core injury, among the 1155 patients met the inclusion criteria.In 2010we got 404 cases,371 cases and 380 cases in 2011,2012.2. A total of 1155 patients with spinal cord injury, cervical spinal cord injury patients for 665 people, accounting for the total number of ratio of 57.6%, patients with thoracic spinal cord injury of 170 people, accounting for the total number of ratio of 14.7% and patients with lumbosacral spinal cord injury for 320 people, accounted for the proportion of the total number of 27.7%.Patients with cervical spinal cord injury is the highest proportion, accounting for more than half of the total patients.3.Psychological rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury treatment: From2010 to 2012 three years, a total of 1155 patients with spinal cord injuries included in the statistics of the whole, which give psychological rehabilitation counseling patients for 879 people, accounted for 76.1% of the total number, only 12 patients were not gives psychol- ogical counseling,accounting for 1.1%of the total number.Psychological rehabilitation therapy’s main responsibility borne by the responsible nurses and residents. All the patients with spinal cord injury were given guidance function rehabilitation training when they stayed in the hospital.4.Complications in spinal cord injury patients recovery:the statistical results of three years of complications in patients with a total of 98 people, accounting for 8.5%of the total number of, the complications of respiratory system complications of patients accounted for 37.8%.patients with urination or defecation disorders proportion is 38.8%, the pain and the spasm proportion is 16.3%, other 8.1%.We found that patients in the hospital during the period of active prevention and treatment of complications were given, through access to medical records of these patients.The patients who with complications, clinical surgeon gave rehabilitation to positive and effective treatment.Conclusion:1.spinal cord injury incidence rate is high, the most common is cervical spinal cord injury.Dalian status from 2010 to 2012 the average annual incidence rate of spinal cord injury was 57.55 /106.The spinal cord injury to the cervical spinal cord injury is the most common, a total of 665 people, accounting for 57.6% of the total number.2.The psychological rehabilitation therapy is not standardize enough.TheResponsibility nurse and resident complete psychological rehabilitation therapy.The medical workers were non professional psychotherapist, they can not effect- ively giving patients psychological science guidance.3.The functional recovery time is short.Patients stayed in the hospital only about20 days,so the functional recovery time is not continue long enough.If the patients with spinal cord injury change into other institutions continue to treat, the medical record information is not available.Dalian status was short of rehabilitation professional.4.The patients with complications of spinal cord injury rehabilitation timely, lack of long-term results.The patients with spinal cord injury complications can be treated timely in the hospital during hospitalization, but because of limited time, long-term course information is not available.
