Objective: The selection planting bone defect repair patients, using concentrated growth factor(CGF) transplantation on bone defect site, observation of concentrated growth factor promote bone regeneration effect. Methods: Select 10 cases of maxillary sinus lifting, 10 cases of Immediate implant bone deficiency, 10 cases of bone deficiency delayed implant. According to the amount of, collecting the patient’s blood 10-40 ml, preparated CGF backup using special centrifugal mechanism. Routine maxillary sinus augmentation and implant implantation, implanting CGF In sinus augmentation and peri-implant bone defect site. After surgery, review at 1 week and 3 months. Recording healing of soft tissue flap, with or without infection; shooting radiograph in order to understand the bone remodeling filled with CGF and implant osseointegration. All patients completed the upper part of the repair within 3 months, after the repairs are completed, the upper part of the implant and restoration of stability, the gums around the implants to conduct inspection and evaluation, while understanding the chewing function of prosthesis.and patient satisfaction with. Results:All restored implants were clinically stable, the survival rate is 100%.10 patients with obvious pain symptoms did not appear after operation, mild pain most, reached 17 cases, to achieve the early healing in 29 cases, only 1 cases of maxillary sinus lifting patients postoperative infraorbital region swelling, 12 days after return to normal. 3-month follow-up, patients completed the upper part of the repair, Satisfied with the restoration effect. Implants can withstand 35 N.CM torque, the functions are good. No postoperative complications. X-ray contrast with the preoperative Show:peri-implant bone density increased, all implants have received good osseointegration. For smaller peri-implant bone defects and sinus augmentation cases, new bone can full of cavities and implant stability. After three months of radiographic analysis showed new bone filling bone defects of the original, but this time new bone density is lower than the surrounding bone. Conclusions:This clinical observation confirmed that CGF can promote the effect of soft tissue regeneration and healing. Only the application of CGF as a bone graft material can not only speed up the peri-implant bone defect repair smaller, larger bone defects in bone regeneration can also play a role in promoting. Therefore,CGF as a simple, safe, inexpensive bone graft material, reliable results in regeneration of the mandibular defect. CGF application of autologous bone to avoid the pain and the use of artificial bone defects, expanded indications for implant surgery. But in the long-term effects of CGF promote bone regeneration and the effects of combination with other materials, further research is needed...
