| Objective: Analysis of the head and neck cellulitis clinicalcharacteristics, early diagnosis and treatment, strengthen hygienepromotion, and prevention and control, reduce the incidence of a disease,improve the clinical cure rate.Methods:Were retrospectively studied from September2012toMarch2012Yu Zhongri fellowship admitted in a hospital clinical data of21patients with head and neck cellulitis.The diagnosis, treatment andprognostic research and analysis.Results:21cases of patients with neck cellulitis of male in11cases,10cases of female,Aged20~74years old,good hair at46-60yearsold.Hospitalization days2~50days,The average hospitalization days of10.2days.On admission are all in the following one or multiple clinicalmanifestations:Neck highly swollen face,Mouth is limited,Difficulty inbreathing,Swallow the pain,Fever, etc.Infections caused by tooth sourcesex disease in5cases(accounted for23.8%of all hospitalizedpatients),Acute tonsillitis in4cases (19.0%),Head and neck specificinfectious diseases in6cases (28.5%),Other head and neck localnon-specific infectious diseases in6cases (28.5%).High blood pressurein5cases,10cases of diabetes, hypertension, diabetes,3cases.Byultrasound guided puncture drainage more comprehensive all cured aftertreatment.Conclusion: Neck cellulitis of multipoint puncture drainage underultrasound treatment effect is very good, shortened the course of the disease, in patients with reduced patients’ pain, effectively solve the needto cut open drainage, bandage daily washing of the pain to patients.A lienwith drainage tube, two or more form convection effect, effectivelyensure the drainage unobstructed, can reduce the patient’s treatment andreplace the drainage of the pain, shorten the course of the disease, solvethe problem after incision incision healing, reduce heavy infection afterthe cut, and economically reduce the patient’s hospitalization costs,reduce the patients with incision pain, reduced the risk of surgicalincision. |
