Design And Implementation Of Wisdom Medical Health Monitor Platform Based On Web And PC Client

Cardiovascular disease is one of the most dangerous diseases threat to human health with unpredictability and high death rate. With the development of society and the rise of living standard, patients have higher standards and requirements for daily health care and quality of life. Hospital unable to meet the daily monitoring needs for patients because of limited medical resources. Monitor systems used in clinic need patients to stay at hospital for their diagnosis, it not suitable for patients to monitor for a long time. To solve the problem, designing a wisdom medical health monitor platform is of important social value and economic benefits. Wisdom medical health monitor platform realizes health guidance and diagnosis by physiological parameters real-time remote monitoring.Wisdom medical health monitor platform has changed the traditional treatment model for patients with cardiovascular disease. People can detect their physiological parameters at home or community hospitals by telemedicine, it can save a lot of time for patient. Telemedicine have a giant effect on the improvement of remote areas’ health care. Through the platform, people in remote areas can enjoy the same medical services to the big city.Wisdom medical health monitor platform includes three parts, which are monitoring terminal, wireless transmission module and monitor software based on wisdom medical. This paper research and design for monitor software system based on wisdom medical. The system includes two parts which are web remote monitoring system based on B/S structure and monitoring system based on MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes). These two software systems are designed according to the different application scenarios. Functions are accomplished as follow: personal information management, real-time physiological parameter query, management, exception alarm and health consultation. The monitoring system based on MFC receives data from the Zigbee wireless moudle through the RS232serial port, then accomplish the functions such as data storage, computing, filtering, analysis and drawing the12paths real-time dynamic ECG waveform. The establishment of wisdom medical health monitor platform set up the remote health monitoring system focused on family care. Family, community hospital and hospital three form an organic whole. The wisdom medical health monitor platform provides a good solution to the question of short medical resources, the difficulty and high cost to access medical service. It also serves a way to daily monitoring and health care of cardiovascular patients.
