The remote medical consultation system is in the stage of rapid development in China, it is moving from theory to practice. The remote medical consultation system is a combination of modern computer technology, communication technology, megadata and medical technology. It extents the space and time for traditional health care, and it provides an extremely important way to medical institutions to communicate with each other, and it provides assistance for medical expert, and it provides convenience for more medical personnel.The remote medical consultation system consists of HD video equipment, high-end medical equipment, special network, healthcare information system, etc. The equipment provides high quality and high precision, but they restrict the scope of user. If we can provide Internet access to remote medical consultation system, the system will not limited by the special network. If we can provide support of multiple endpoints, the medical personnel will take part in medical consultation anywhere and anytime. So how to combine the system with Internet and intelligent devices is to be resolved.In allusion to the problems mentioned above, multi-terminal remote medical consultation system and the key technologies involved are researched in this paper. The design and implement of the android app, web application and system server are also mentioned. Finally, the applicability of concurrent multipath transfer in this system is deeply discussed.The main work of this paper is: (1)Analyze the research background and significance, unify the domestic and foreign research present situation to propose the problems deserved to solve.(2)Introduce the overall framework of the system, and introduce the design and implement of the android app, web application and system server.(3)Research the applicability of concurrent multipath transfer in this system.(4)Lastly, a summarization is given and the future work is prospected.
