In recent years, many respiratory tract infection outbroke worldwide,disinfectantsplay a significant role in the control of the epidemic. Chlorine dioxide as a highly effectivebroad spectrum disinfectant is widely used in the field of air disinfection. This projectaims to develop a easy to use, corrosion and release function of chlorine dioxide airdisinfection tablets, which overcame the previous product corrosion, unstableshortcomings.First, this project was to verify the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide. When theconcentration chlorine dioxide was0.20ppm in the air, the killing rate of Staphylococcusin1m3closed cabin was up to99.90%, and the killing rate of natural bacteria in the airwas up to90.00%. The higher the temperature and humidity, the better the effect ofchlorine dioxide disinfection, but little impact.By single component and orthogonal test screening, the optimum formula-basedagent obtained, which had20%sodium chlorite,2%activator desiccant,17.5%calciumchloride,40%effervescent agents citric acid and5%bicarbonate sodium,0.05%fluorinated surfactants,5%inhibitor sodium molybdate, and0.1%of the green tea flavor,the rest being filler sulfate.Tablet were made in the method of direct powder tabletting.Tabletting process was to pay attention to control the temperature and humidity of thetablet workshop, and the humidity should be controlled within40%at room temperature.Beside of its hardness above4kg/cm2, the pilot whose appearance was complete andsmooth, of which disintegration,friability, and tablet weight differences in standards of the2010edition of Pharmacopoeia requirements, was tested through14days, stability to theloss of chlorine dioxide content of7.9%. The content ofdisinfectant by chlorine dioxide airdisinfection tablets prepared was basically stable in48hours. the disinfectant contrast toordinary chlorine dioxide having effervescent corrosion can reduce moderate corrosion tomild corrosion, greatly the corrosion rate smaller.In1m3closed cabin and40m3student dormitories, experiments were prepared with aconcentration of100mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfection,10ml/m3ratio of the aerosolspray and gas fumigation for30min.Resultly,Aerosol spray and gas fumigation in theclosed cabin may make artificial contamination killing rate reach99%of the2002editiondisinfection technical specifications, and the natural bacteria in field ndoor air killing rateto achieve more than90%of the2002editiondisinfection technology specification.
