| Objective:By detecting the expression of STAT3/Survivin signal transduction pathway of psoriatic patients and observing the STAT3/Survivin signal transduction pathway of psoriatic patients under the intervention of Yinxieping Pill,to understand the pathogenesis of psoriasis and the target of Yinxieping Pill in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:21patients with psoriasis vulgaris oral Yinxieping Pill by15g once and three times a day for8weeks.PASI integral was recorded before the treatment as well as in the eight-week treatment by Yinxieping Pill.Data were summarized including typical lesions of patients before and after the treatment, the expression of STAT3, P-STAT3and Survivin in two groups under immunohistochemical detection and the expression of STAT3, P-STAT3and Survivin of20cases normal skin under immunohistochemical detection from the beauty who took plastic and cosmetic surgery.At last,draw a conclusion based on the data.Results:1. The total effective rate of Yinxieping Pill in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is90.47%.Comparing before-treatment PASI with after-treatment PASI of skin lesions in the treatment group, PASI score of skin lesions decreased significantly after treatment and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Comparing the average gray of STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin of skin lesions in experimental group before treatment with those in the normal group, the expression of STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin was significantly increased (P<0.05).After treatment, the average gray of STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin of skin lesions decreased obviously comparing with those before treatment (P<0.05). The difference of the average gray of STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin of skin lesions existed among the experimental group before and after treatment and the normal group(P<0.05).3. Analyse the linear correlation among different indexes according to the average gray value and PASI score. Before and after treatment, the average gray of STAT3and P-STAT3of skin lesions was negatively correlated with PASI score (P<0.05);the average gray of Survivin of skin lesions before and after treatment has no significant correlation with PSAI score(P>0.05). Before treatment,STAT3was positively correlated with Survivin and P-STAT3(P<0.05) while there was no obvious correlation between P-STAT3and Survivin(P>0.05). After treatment,STAT3was positively correlated with P-STAT3(P<0.05). There was no obvious correlation between STAT3and Survivin (P>0.05), neither between P-STAT3and Survivin(P>0.05).In the normal group,there was no correlation among STAT3,Survivin and P-STAT3(P>0.05).Conclusion:1The abnormal increase of STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin expression in psoriasis vulgaris confirmed that the occurrence,development of psoriasis vulgaris was related with STAT3,P-STAT3and Survivin.2According to the correlation analysis, the expression of STAT3may activate Survivin resulting in abnormal proliferation and apoptosis of keratinocytes of psoriatic lesions. Abnormal expression of STAT3may be related with the severity of psoriasis vulgaris.3Yinxieping Pill by decreasing the expression level of STAT3, P-STAT3and Survivin of skin lesions regulates the proliferation and apoptosis in the keratinocytes of psoriatic patients and improves the psoriatic injury to the body. |
