In recent years, Chinese medical and health system has been reformed greatly which alsocauses the fierce competition in the health care market. The medical institutions shouldcontinue to perfect their own management and business style, abandon the droppingmanagement opinion. Based on these, the medical institutions will be shinning in thecompetition, and constantly improve the quality of clinical medical treatment and nursing. Asan advanced management mode, the performance management was widely applied in variousindustries both at home and abroad.In recent years, the idea of theadvanced performance management also gradually infiltrated into thinking of the hospitalmanager.The construction and application in the performance management system ha-s beencreated a new situation and provided favorable opportunities for the development of thehospital.The work quality of clinical nursing staff is one of the important factors for thecompetition of the hospital.Clinical nursing quality plays a decisive role in disease cure andthe promotion of infection control.Therefore, studying the performance management of theclinical nursing staff and establishing a scientific performance management system can be theguidance of the staff behavior.The performance management system can also strengthen theinitiative, tap the individual potential, improve the satisfaction of hospital nursing servicewhich can promote the clinical nursing performance at the same time.In this paper, I put the M hospital as the research object, proceed from the actual situationof the hospital, by using the methods of interview and questionnaire investigationto collect alot of information, analyze the current situation of performance management of clinicalnursing at the present stage of the hospital and the existing problems and reasons, in a largenumber of reference to previous research based on the relevant performance management, useof modern technology performance in the management of scientific ideas, methods, and toimprove the hospital clinical nursing quality and build a set of new performance managementsystem, make the management more scientific an-d effective clinical nursing performance.We select two representative sections as a pilot, with the validity of the test of practice system of performance management, combined with the practical application of proposedrecommendations.Through this research, the figures give the certain reference to the Standardizedmanagement of the clinical nursing in public hospitals.And it can also give the guidance tothe clinical nursing in M hospital.
