To observe the curative effect、the operability of operative procedure、the afterreaction and complication of operative procedure、the status of incision healing、the number of scar formation、the anal disfunction and the relapse rate in six months.The relative results were calculated statistically with the SPSS17.0software.Results:The trials group surpass the controlled group in the aspects of the volume of blood loss in operation, the time of the healing, the scar formation (P<0.05); the controlled group surpass The trials group in the postoperative pain (P<0.05); There was no difference between the two groups in the retention of urine in the day of operation, the hydropsia of incisal opening, the secondary infection, the anal disfunction, the curative effect and the relapse rate in six months(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dissection partial Stitch of Anus Fistula treat the low anal fistula not only have high of cure rate, but also protect the anal function.This way of operation Compared with the traditional surgery way, it also has some advantages, such as the smaller lesions in operation, healing time is short, less scarring and so on.
