The Clinical Study Of Chronic Anal Fissure Cured By Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy

Objective:Attempting to seek out the optimal Operating method for chronic anal fissure, which is not only effective, simple and Practicable, but also has less suffering. With Randomized controlled, single blind trial design of the observation of curative effect splitting Lateral internal sphincter.Methods:The60cases of chronic annal fissure were randomly divided into trial Group and controlled group Trial group (30Patients) adopted lateral internal Sphincterotomy; Controlled group adopted Posterior internal Sphincterotomy Observing and contrasting the results of Postoperative anal resting Pressure, maximum systolic Pressure, course of the treatment,recovery of incision, recovery of Postoperative symptom.Results:Trial group was more outstanding than controlled group such as, course of the treatment, Postoperative response (Distinctness P<0.05), Trial group made no differences with controlled group Postoperative anal resting Pressure、maximum systolic Pressure recovery of incision, recovery of Postoperative symptom (Without distinctness P>0.05).Conclusion:Trial group is effective in Ⅱ、Ⅲ Period of chronic annal fissure, also do little damage to internal anal sphincter, Protect internal anal sphincter and the anus function with less Postoperative suffering than Controlled group. It is the optimal Operating method,simple and Practicable, less suffering for chronic anal fissure.
