Objective:To seek the best operating method for chronic analfissure,which is simple operation ,short course of treatment,fewcomplication, safety and efficiency.Methods:The 70 cases of chronic annal fissure were randomly dividedinto trial group and controlled group,Trial group (35patients) adoptedclamping and soluting lateral internal sphincter.Controlledgroup(35patients) adopted excision of anal fissure.Observed andanalyzed postoperative complication,therapeutic effect,hospital andhenosis time between two groups. The relative results were calculatedstatistically with SPSS13.0 software. Statistically significance wasaccepted as the P value less than 0.05.Results: Trial group was prior to controlled group in postoperativecomplications. Such as postoperative pains(P<0.05), the retention ofurine(P<0.05) ,etc.It was superior to controlled group in the course oftreatment(P<0.05) and time of hospital(P<0.05). there were no differencein the infection(P>0.05) and edema (P>0.05)of the wound. All patientsare healed oncely.Conclusion: clamping and soluting lateral internal sphincter is satisfiedon clinical utility,and operation is simple,safety and efficiency...
