The anxiety behavior in elevated plus maze and open field test animal, using the immunohistochemical method to detect the hypothalamus paraventricular nucleus area AVP and pituitary area Arginine vasopressin1a receptor (AVPrla) and Arginine vasopressin1b receptor (AVPrlb) expression.Result:1, behavioral results:(1) the elevated plus maze results:Compared with the model group and the blank group,OE%have significantly lower (P<0.05), OT%and the number of vertical movement had a tendency to reduce, and the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05OE%), OT%and the number of vertical movement has a rising trend;(2) open field test results: The model group compared with the blank group the number of vertical motion, had a tendency to reduce, the acupuncture group compared with the model group, the number of vertical motion has a rising trend, the acupuncture group closer to the blank group. Behavioral results showed a better improvement of acupuncture on anxiety behavior models.2, AVP and its receptor results:(1) the expression of AVP in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus:Compared with the blank group, the model group of positive reaction of AVP in hypothalamus of immune complexes increased, the value of optical density was significantly increased (P<0.05); acupuncture group compared with the model group, the optical density of AVP decreased obviously (P<0.05), acupuncture group closer to the blank group. The results showed that acupuncture can effectively inhibit the increase of the hypothalamus paraventricular nucleus of rat model of AVP.(2) content of pituitary AVPrla:Compared with the blank group, the value of optical density model group, acupuncture group of the AVPrla was decreased, but no significant difference between group comparison.(3) content of pituitary AVPrlb:Compared with the blank group, the contents of AVPrlb in model group increased significantly (P<0.05); AVPrlb of acupuncture group decreased compared with that of model group, There are statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of the acupuncture group is more close tothe blank group.Conclusion:Acupuncture has certain anti-anxiety effect; this may be related to acupuncture reduced the hypothalamus of the AVP secretion and the expression of pituitary AVPrlb related. |
