Comparative Study On Bricss Health Care System

As the representatives of emerging markets, BRICSs country’s health care system was considered to have reference significance for developing country by World Health Organization. In this paper, the author analyzes the origins, evolution and challenge in BRICSs health care system, and compared with the three perspectives:health expenditure, health indicators and fairness index. Though the analysis, the author found that in the context of rapid economic development, and constantly improve the level of health financing, health expenditures in the gross national product (GDP) ratio of was improved and health care costs were raised. With the constant improvement of health care system, the health status was also improved, however, in the BRICSs, health care fairness existed huge gap. In other four conutries, private health care market is more developed and it’s provides a good demonstration of the private health insurance and public health care system combined to maximize the use of medical resources for China. Contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter introduces the research background, literature review and research methods, and put forward my own research methods and content, and to propose innovative point of the article and shortcomings.The second chapter describes the major international health care model, combed the reasons for these patterns and the evolution of built.The third chapter, the author sort out the details of "BRICS" health care system changes the path, background, and the existence of deficiencies.In the chapter four, the author compared the health indicators, health expenditures and health care fairness from the BRICS health care system.
