| PurposeMedical devices continue to improve as medical technology improvement, it isconsidered affected by many social factors on disease, with patients’ psychological change,such the medical model has been varied greatly from the original ‘traditional biomedicalmodel’ to ‘bio-psycho-social medicine mode’, which this trend is driving the developmentof the medical field. In order to provide cornerstone for improvement the level of medicalcare, research hospitals would be built up, with discipline construction do well andacademic evaluation system setting up. This study aims to conduct a full investigation ofthe relevant literatures on the basis of research. And we drew on the experience of researchdisciplines military hospital evaluation process. Moreover, we consulted the set ofevaluation index system of research disciplines in different hospitals of different regions.The medical factors were combined with research factors. Finally the contents of the indexsystem, the weight of index system for calculation, a clear indicator system evaluationcriteria and the draft index system were determined through fiction index systemframework and two rounds of expert consultation. And set up evaluation systemcorresponding with the actual disciplinary for military hospitals to provide the theoreticalbasis and basic methods for normalization evaluation.MethodsThis study understand the general situation of research hospital discipline evaluationboth home and abroad through reading literatures, especially the domestic current situationof the army research hospital, discipline concept and evaluation. According to a report inthe latest literature, the organization of domestic famous expert questionnaire was designed,and the feedback modification and system were analyzed. Moreover, the evaluation indexsystem framework for research subjects was preliminary built after the first round of30experts (Delphi method) and the second round of fifteen expert’s consultation (APH). Finally the index system was established. At the same time, the system of the scientific andfeasibility of the system was verified in the third military medical university the secondaffiliated hospital (xinqiao hospital) as the research object, also the application research.ResultsThe research hospital construction theory has been become a new idea of militaryhospital management. It was carried out under the background of research hospital for theconstruction of army hospital in this research. After investigating a large amount ofliterature in this study, the concept of research hospital and research disciplines weredefined. At the same time, the current situation of the discipline construction have beeninvestigated in the army hospitals home and abroad and the research connotationcharacteristics of research hospital and subjects was comprehensively expounded, such thecurrent key of the research discipline construction was mastered.Then built a set of basic evaluation system for research subject connotationcharacteristics and the first round of consultation questionnaire were designed. Through theback of the first round of30expert’s consultation questionnaire, many valuable suggestionsand comments survey were obtained. Added some indispensable index or delete, mergedsome unnecessary or repeated indicators considering experts modify analysis. Further thesecond round of expert questionnaire was designed, which included evaluation systemindex content and the weight coefficient of index system with expert judgment. Then issueda second round of consultation questionnaire to15experts, the indicators in thisquestionnaire content get expert’s consistent recognition and affirmation, with no modifyopinions. According to the principle of chromatography analysis method (AHP), expertsfilled in judgment matrix. Then recovered the questionnaire statistics after experts point ofview, through the self-made program to calculate the index system of primary, secondaryand tertiary index weight coefficient and of the secondary and tertiary index weightcoefficient, finally established the evaluation index system of military hospital researchsubjects.In order to verify scientific and feasible of the system, the application research of thissystem was established. Considering the research hospital construction and the practice ofhospital in the third military medical university the second affiliated hospital (xinqiaohospital) in recent years and actual conduct of research subject in the xinqiao hospital in 2013, xinqiao hospital was chosen as the research object. The hospital’s basic conditionsmeet with the needs of the research as a large army general hospital. That this research usebuilds system to invite seven experts to the hospital to be included in the research of25disciplines scores shows that the index system is scientific and practical.This research’s mainly innovation points:1. Rich the theoretical connotation ofresearch subjects.2. Set up evaluation index system for military hospital research subjects,which includes management, talent team construction, clinical medical treatment, medicalteaching and scientific research level, military service ability and the condition of platform7first-level indicators that it contains19secondary indexes and50tertiary indicators, withscientific, reasonable, and feasible.3. Through applying the study confirms that the indexsystem is scientific and reasonable, and has good guidance and identification, caneffectively guide the construction of layered orientation.ConclusionsOn the premise of theory research hospital construction, a set of scientific andreasonable evaluation index system of research subject suitable for military hospital wasconstructed. The system embodies the basic connotation characteristics of the researchsubject. And it is verified through the application research on the scientific and feasibilityof the system. It can better guide the construction of the hierarchical location and relateddisciplines, to a certain extent, promote the construction and development of militaryhospitals and research subjects. |
