The Comparison In Immediate Cooling Effect Among Four Common Pediatric Tuina Therapy For Infantile Fever

Object:Choose the appropriate pediatric tuina therapy for reducing heat by comparing the immediate cooling effect of four common pediatric tuina therapy which used to clear heatMethods:Choose the infant patients sydrome is interior excess heat and in medium fever,whose age is between1and4years old. The150infant patients were randomly divided into control group, Qingtianheshui group, Damaguotianhe group, Tuiliufu group and Shuidilaoyue group.The manipulations of the control group are pushing Tianmen,pushing Kangong,rubbing Taiyang,pinching and rubbing the bone behind the ears,tonifing Pijing,clearing Ganjing,clearing Xinjing,clearing Feijing and tonifying Shenjingthe.Each group will do the manipulations as the control group first, and then do the their own manipulations for10minutes.The Qingtianheshui group will clear Tianheshui.The Damaguotianhe group will flapping Ma and clearing Tianheshui.The Tuiliufu group will clearing Liufu.The Shidilaoyue group will do the Shidilaoyue manipulations. Take temperature before the treatment, and do it30minutes later after the treatment.Compare the temperature before and after the treatment in the same group,the temperature after the treatment among the different groups and the temperature before and after the treatment among the different groups.Results:The comparison in temperature before and after the treatment in the same groups shows each group had statistical difference (P<0.05) except the control group (P>0.05). The comparison in temperature after the treatment among the different groups had statistical difference (P<0.05); The comparison in temperature before and after the treatment among the different groups indicates each group had statistical statistical difference (P<0.05). Qingtianheshui group, Tuiliufu group and Shuidilaoyue group had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05) Damaguotianhe group,Qingtianheshui group,Shuidilaoyue group and Tuiliufu group had statistical difference (P>0.05) Conclusion:For the immediate cool effect30minutes later after the treatment, each group has the immediate cool effect except the control group.The drop of the temperature had no difference among Qingtianheshui group,Tuiliufu group and Shuidilaoyue group,the same as Tuiliufu group and Shuidilaoyue group.Meanwhile,the Damaguotianhe group had the most obvious drop of the temperature.
