| Purpose: Through the detection of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory tract virus infection and the level of inflammatory factors, the correlation between acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and inflammatory factors was explored.Methods:1.Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease enrolled in the group, ask a doctor and fill in the CRF form completely.2.Collect the patient’s sputum before treatment, homogenize the sputum, and use fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect 10 common respiratory viruses.3.Collect the serum of patients before treatment, and use Bio-plex technology to detect serum inflammatory factors.4.Use SPSS 26.0 statistical software to analyze the collected experimental data.P<0.05 is considered difference.Difference is statistically significant.Results:1.A total of 66 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled, and the patients were divided into positive group(32cases)and negative group(34 cases)according to the sputum virus test results.2.In the virus-positive group, there were 25 cases of human herpes virus type IV,accounting for 78.1%,and the ratio of males to females was 18/7;4 cases(12.5%)of influenza A virus and herpes simplex virus were detected each, with both male and female ratios It was 3/1;3 cases were positive for respiratory syncytial virus(9.4%),the ratio of male to female was 2/1;3 cases(9.4%)were positive for cytomegalovirus, the ratio of male to female was 1/2.There are 7 cases of double infection.3.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis results: fever, white blood cells,IL-6,IFN-γ are correlated with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease virus infection(P<0.05),serum inflammatory factors IL-6,IFN-γ Significantly increased in the virus-positive group, and the number of white blood cells decreased significantly in the virus-positive group. Conclusions: 1.The positive rate of respiratory virus in AECOPD patients is higher. The highest virus positive rate is Epstein-Barr virus, followed by influenza A virus and herpes simplex virus. This suggests that viral infection may be an important factor in AECOPD;2.Fever and decreased white blood cell count have the significance of suggesting virus infection;3.The expression levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ are significantly different between the COPD acute exacerbation virus positive group and the virus-negative group, suggesting that the increased expression levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ are caused by the chronic obstructive pulmonary exacerbation virus infection index. |
