Objective:1. In this paper, through ancient and modern medical literature, search the theory and clinical application of Wind herbs effectually reinforces the effect of drugs of dissipating stasis and promoting blood circulation in dissipating stasis and promoting blood circulation, to provide a practical and theoretical basis for the hypothesis.2. To observe the anti-fibrosis treating effect of Chinese medicine groups, we can initially explore the mechanism of Wind herbs effectually reinforces the effect of dissipating stasis and promoting blood circulation.Methods:1. Literature research method:Based on analysing theories and consulting literature material about Fangfeng and Qianghuo of Wind herbs have been used to treat the syndrome of blood stasis in medical history, to provide a practical and theoretical basis for the hypothesis of Wind herbs effectually reinforces the effect of dissipating stasis and promoting blood circulation.2. Experimental research method:All the male Wistar rats except the normal group were made into the hepatic fibrosis(HF) model by injection of50%CC14oily solution subcutaneously. After8weeks the HFmodels were established successfully, the rats were randomly divided into six groups:model group, Xiayuxue Tang group(XYXT), Fangfeng+XYXT1group, Fangfeng+XYXT2group, Qianghuo+XYXT1group, Qianghuo+XYXT2group. Meanwhile, give medicine to the rats by gavage and inject in the9th week. The normal group and the model group were given normal saline, the rest groups were given medicine.12weeks later, all rats were executed to detect the contents of HPC-Ⅲ、ColⅣ、LN in serum. The pathological changes of liver was observed under light microscope after HE staining. To detect the contents of the PDGF、TGF-β1、CTGF、HPY、SOD、MDA in liver homogenate by liquid nitrogen flash freezer.Result:1. Literature research:Fangfeng and Qianghuo of Wind herbs increased efficiency by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of related records and clinical application of literature research, which showed that the theory had a preliminary understanding. The treatment of blood stasis in the clinical departments had been more widely used.2. Experimental research:To compare with model group, Xiayuxue Tang-group(XYXT), Fangfeng+XYXT1group, Fangfeng+XYXT2group, Qianghuo+XYXT1group, Qianghuo+XYXT2group could improve the degree of hepatic fibrosis. To compare with Xiayuxue Tang group, Fangfeng+XYXT1group and Qianghuo+XYXT2group could promote the liver cell regeneration. All the treating groups could decrease the PDGF、TGF-β1、CTGF-HPY、MDA level, increase SOD activity in liver tissue, and decrease the contents of HPC-Ⅲ、ColⅣ、LN in serum. To compare with Xiayuxue Tang group, Fangfeng+XYXT2group and Qianghuo+XYXT2group had obvious effects.Conclusions:1. The ancient and modern literature showed that Fangfeng and Qianghuo of Wind herbs had the function of the synergistic promoting blood circulation and dissipating stasis.2. The compatibility of Wind herbs and blood-activating and stasis-dispelling drugs could improve the liver damage indicators such as TGF-β1、PDGF、CTGF、 LN、HPC-Ⅲ、ColⅥ、MDA、SOD、HYP and pathological results, to synergistically promote blood circulation and dissipate stasis.3. The Wind herbs had the features of pungent, scattered, permeation, channeling, tong, dry, moving. The compatibility of Wind herbs and blood-activating and stasis-dispelling drugs could exert the effect of the synergistic promoting blood circulation and dissipating stasis. Through multiple pathways, multiple links, multiple facets, the Wind herbs, directly or indirectly, could synergistically promote blood circulation and dissipate stasis.
