Study On Construction Of Evidence-based Prevention Strategies Of Pressure Ulcer

Objective:This study seeks evidence-based approach through standardized measures to prevent pressure ulcer, building suitable for our medical actual prevention strategies of pressure ulcer, thereby reducing the incidence of pressure sores, relieve the suffering of patients and save health care costs, shorter hospital stays, and for all levels of hospital care quality evaluation and process monitoring to provide reference.Methods:This study by retrieving the Cochrane, Pubmed, CINAHL, Elsevier, ebsco, Chinese journal of biomedical database (CBM), WANFANG DATA,CNKI in recent5years, And USES the Johns Hopkins level of evidence and quality evaluation method for into the quality of literature evaluation, using the panel discussion, To apply to clinical pressure ulcers prevention strategies, including education and training, assessment, intervention, and pressure ulcer management dimension. Using the Delphi method by zhejiang province27experts according to the5Likert scale method to evaluate the importance and operability of prevention strategies,, finally it is concluded that pressure ulcers prevention strategies. Using expert positive coefficient, authority coefficient, variation coefficient, coordination coefficient and other indexes, to test the reliability of the expert advice and representation.Results:Construction prevention stratigies of pressure ulcer included education and training, pressure ulcer assessment, Intervention (including postural decompression, decompression device, damp management, nutritional support), pressure ulcer manage four dimensions of50indicators of prevention stratigies of pressure ulcer,2rounds of expert consultation positive coefficient of93.33%and93.33%respectively (>60%), the authority of experts coefficients are0.705and0.7165respectively (>0.7), the importance of each item after2rounds of expert consultation the variation coefficient of0.00-0.26, operability variation coefficient is0.07-0.38.Conclusion:Construct a set containing education and training, pressure ulcer assessment, interventions (including postural decompression, decompression device, damp management, nutritional support), pressure ulcer management four dimensions50index prevention stratigies of pressure ulcer. The positive outcome of the expert consultation coefficient authority coefficient of variation coefficient representation and expert advice proved high reliability.
