Objective:Based on102cases of patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis lung CT imaging features and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, to improve accuracy of atypical tuberculosis diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis in January2012to June2013,102cases of atypical tuberculosis patients with chest CT imaging manifestations, clinical symptoms and diagnostic methods.Results:Type of pneumonia in102cases of patients with48cases (47.1%), Isolation type nodules or masses of17cases (16.7%), multiple nodules in16cases (15.7%), interstitial change type21cases (20.6%); The sputum smear positive acid-fast stain and the diagnosis of79cases (77.5%); After bronchoscopy for histopathologic examination diagnosis of10cases (9.8%); CT guided lung biopsy in the diagnosis of13cases (12.7%). After the surgery was histopathologic diagnosis of14cases (13.7%).Conclusion:Imaging manifestation of atypical tuberculosis varied, should be a combination of means, in the process of diagnosis in combination with clinical features and laboratory results make a diagnosis. |
