Objectives:This study is to approach the manifestations and CT findings of the Atypical Pulmonary Tuberculosis, and to search a suitable way for diagnosis.Material and Methods:A series of 3 patients who were diagnosed Pulmonary Tuberculosis and the CT-findings of them are Atypical.Results:One case in three patients combines with cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, lung imaging prompt displayed diffuse disease, after hormone therapy,part of the lesions absorped, but small nodular lesions increased. Another case displays a large mediastinal lymph nodele, but no significant lung lesions. The third showed pneumonia-like Lesions, in lower lobe. Two-thirds diagnosed by bronchoscopic brushing and biopsy. One-third diagnosed by effective anti-tuberculosis treatment.Conclusion:Atypical CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis in adult are variable, and easy to be misdiagnosed. Comprehensive analysis of all imaging features and Active conduct of medical examination to get etiological diagnosis is very nessessary.
