According to angiography and clinical therapeutic efficacy, the coincidence rate of clinical preliminary diagnosis and 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography were compared statistically. Results:92 patients were showed pulmonary artery, coronary artery branches and thoracic aortic clearly in one 64-slice spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography. coronary artery stenosis were showed in 46 cases, acute pulmonary artery embolism were showed in 26 cases, and aortic dissection were showed in 20 cases (1 case accompanied by right coronary artery branch embolism).68 cases were diagnosed correctly in preliminary diagnosis and the coincidence rate of which was 73.91%.90 cases were diagnosed correctly by 64-slice spiral CT,2 case misdiagnosed, the coincidence rate of 64-slices spiral CT was 97.83%.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography can show pulmonary artery, coronary artery and aortic artery clearly in one examination and diagnose these diseases correctly. It is a useful and noninvasive examination to diagnose acute chest pain. [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography in children with congenital heart disease. Methods: the congenital heart disease data of 80 cases were analyzed respectively and all cases underwent both 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography and color doppler ultrasonography, angiocardiography was performed in 36 patients and 44 patients were carried out surgical operation. According to the results of angiocardiography and surgical findings, all 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography diagnostic informations were compared with color doppler ultrasonography. Results:80 patients included 207 abnormal structures, including 81 intracardiac and 126 extracardiac anomalies. The diagnosis coincidence rate of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography and color doppler ultrasonography in intracardiac malformation was 81.48 % and 98.76% respectively. The coincidence rate of two examinations had obvious difference. The diagnosis coincidence rate of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography and color doppler ultrasonography in extracardiac malformation was 98.41 % and 57.14% respectively. The coincidence rate of two examinations had obvious difference. The combination of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography and color doppler ultrasonography raised the coincidence rate to 99.03%. Conclusion: 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography is superior to color doppler ultrasonography in the detection of congenital heart disease, especially in the detection of extracardiac anomalies. The combination of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography with color doppler ultrasonography can raise the definite diagnosis coincidence rate in congenital heart disease. The combination of 64-slices spiral CT cardiac and chest angiography with color doppler ultrasonography should be used as a routine technique and be as a substitute for the diagnosis imaging portion of cardiovascular angiography. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Tomography, Computer, Acute chest pain, Coronary artery, Aortic dissection, Pulmonary embolism, Children, Tomography, X-ray computed, Congenital, Heart disease | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
