| Objective:Consistency and relevance of DSCT and echocardiography in theevaluation of left function By analyzing echocardiography and dual-source CT in theassessment of left functional parameters. To investigate the clinical value of dual-sourceCT in the evaluation of left ventricular function. Methods:To Collected30patients withcoronary artery disease from Mar to May2013of our hospital, and I~II of heart function, and within one week dual-source CT coronary angiography. Compared the correlationsbetween DSCT and echocardiography in quantitative assessment of left functionalparameters. Results:LVEDV,LVESV,LVSV,LVEF of the cardiac function parameters withtwo methods were to t test,P>0.05, There were no statistically significant differencebetween the measurements of the two methods. By Pearson test, the correlation coefficient0.770-0.938,p <0.05.the highly ralated between the measurements of the two methods.Conclusion:Dual-source CT is an accurate and feasible methods to assess the leftventricular function. The data obtained from one time coronary artery angiography can notonly be used to evaluate left ventricular function but also to evaluate coronary arterystenosis without the need of additional radiation exposure and contrast agent. |
