Research purpose:to evaluate multislice CT post-processing technique in the diagnostic value of aortic common diseases and its clinical application; Study, analysis of aortic common diseases the main classification, classification and the main influence factors, provide useful imaging diagnostic information for clinical doctors, to provide useful reference for clinical doctors treated value.Research methods:Choose between January2014and January2012were confirmed by our hospital clinicians suspicious or give priority to arterial disease of50patients, all patients were row multislice CTA (MS-CTA) check,50cases of patients with aortic disease as the research object. Use GE Light Speed128spiral CT or philips ICT256layer spiral CT scanner, all patients do scan and enhanced scan, scan range from chest entrance to lower abdomen, scan to iliac artery when necessary. Scanning layer thickness5mm, rebuild the thin layer of0.625mm, enhanced scanning using high pressure injector. All of the patients in workstations image post-processing reconstruction of the original image data, main post-processing reconstruction method has a volume representation (VR) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), curved surface reconstruction (CPR), maximum density projection (MIP), surface cover method (SSD), etc.Statistical processing calculate various restructuring method (VR and MPR, CPR, SSD and MIP) display rate of aortic dissection, through all kinds of restructuring method shows that the sensitivity of the aortic dissection, specific degrees, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value analysis and discussion on various post-processing method value to the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Evaluation of various post-processing method in aortic aneurysm and aortic intramural hematoma diagnosis.Main results:1. Various image post-processing technique in the diagnosis of aortic dissection The diagnosis of aortic dissection, of which2d image post-processing technology, with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface reconstruction (CPR) on aortic dissection showed higher rates of crevasse,88.2%and85.3%, respectively, and three-dimensional post-processing technology, the volume representation (VR) and surface cover method (SSD) for breach of aortic dissection showed rate is low, at23.5%and11.8%respectively. Maximum density projection (MIP) does not display the crevasse. The MPR and VR and CPR SSD post-processing reconstruction image display rate of crevasse, statistically significant differences (P<0.01).2. The research in the aneurysm and dissecting aneurysm diagnosisMultiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface reconstruction (CPR) can be observed from different directions of aortic tumors had the most wide neck deep diameter, diameter and tumor on the relationship between the aortic mural thrombus and vascular cavity display is clear; Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and maximum density projection (MIP) of artery dissection of false and true cavity perfusion and vascular intima stripping length and scope are ideal. Volume representation (VR) images of aortic aneurysm shows more real, the size of the tumors had more precise measurement.3Studies in the diagnosis of aortic intramural hematomaMultislice CTA transverse image shows an crescent of aortic or annular thickening, aortic true cavity deformation can occur or slightly thinner. In various post-processing images, MPR, CPR can be observed from different directions between aortic wall hematoma contorts the situation, on the relationship between the aortic mural thrombus and vascular cavity shows very clearly as well; MPR, CPR and MIP in the arterial wall hematoma between involvement and the length of the scope display is better.4The main influencing factors of aortic disease:Through the patient’s clinical history and the reported literature review:the main factors influencing the patients with aortic disease are:high blood pressure, hereditary disease, congenital vascular malformation, atherosclerosis and aortic inflammatory disease, injury, etc. Especially the risk of high blood pressure as the main factors. Conclusions and recommendations1. In diagnosis of aortic diseases, multislice CT and its postprocessing technique can quickly, accurate, noninvasive diagnosis of aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm and aortic intramural hematoma, clear the scope and form of false lumen, crevasse and the location of the crevasse, neck tumors, tumor size, aortic intramural hematoma contorts, mural thrombus and vascular involvement, etc., and for clinical treatment, selection of surgical procedure and postoperative follow-up to provide a more comprehensive, objective and detailed image information and reference value.2. Suggest clinicians for some patients with suspected or confirmed as the main artery lesions of economic conditions should be priority for a spiral CTA test, in order to reduce mortality in patients with a very important diagnostic value. Physical and mental health of the problems of aortic diseases should be drawn attention of the society from all walks of life, at the same time, should be aimed at to publicize various factors affecting the aortic diseases and prevention, for patients with aortic disease should be paid to the psychological guidance and positive clinical treatment.
