This paper contains two parts, literature review and clinical research. The title of the paper is"chronic kidney disease damage to the cardiovascular researches and cognitions in Western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine"and reviewed the recent years of chronic kidney disease at home and abroad on the impact of cardiovascular disease, and the understanding of Chinese medicine. This article systematically analyzes the relationship of cardio and renal on both organs physiology and pathlolgy.ECG,hypertension, blood-fat abnormality, are all involved. It discovers that clinical mild renal dysfunction can affect the cardiovascular system, chronic kidney disease patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, valvular heart disease and the prevalence of arrhythmia than those in non-CKD patients. And cardiovascular disease in turn also affected the kidney. It is thus clear that cardiovascular disease and kidney disease closely related. In theory of Chinese medicine, heart and kidney related closely too.The theories of cardionephric harmony and carduonephric cisharmony can explain the kidney's impact on heart. These theories provide a foundation of prevention and cure of cardiovascular disease resulting in chronic renal disease.Clinical studies retrospectively anlyzed 203 patients with chronic renal diseases admitted from October 2007 to April 2008 of the China-Japanese Friendship Hospital. All patients were recorded of the clinical and laboratory findings. The data-analysis shows that chronic kidney Disease (CKD) in patients with cardiovascular morbidity rates higher, with the CKD lesions increased,GFR decline in its high blood pressure, electrocardiogram, blood lipid abnormalities and cardiovascular disease rates have increased the vesting period Trend.CKD clinical findings that patients with high cardiovascular morbidity, chronic renal failure as a cardiovascular disease risk factor. In the treatment of heart and kidney must fully understand the relevance of actively preventing CKD patients with cardiovascular disease risk factors and has been suffering from cardiovascular diseases, to reduce mortality and morbidity. As the number of cases is small in this study and for the retrospective study,it is necessary to expand the number of samples for further research.
