We build theclinical data base of SanRen Soup, concluding the drug features which includes the gender,age, onset season, process, diagnostic of Chinese and western medicine, symptom, tonguepicture, pulse condition, drugs, as well as dosage. We enter the data into the data base aftersorting out them, using the statistic method of frequency, Golden Section method, andKeywords statistic method, to select out the normal situation of SanRen Soup, the diseasespectrum of TCM and western medicine, the diagnostic standard of symptom or tonguepicture, and the medical discipline of former or changing drugs. In the end, we countingthe conclusion and making therapeutic discipline of SanRen Soup by analyzing anddiscussing.Results：the normal sick discipline: The using season of SanRen Soup is Summer,appropriating for exogenous disease and endogenous disease. The mainly sick age from21to50. There is no significantly differences between male and female. The mainly sickperiod of disease is from1to14days. The south of China is the mainly using region ofSanRen Soup.the core of pulse condition and symptom: The diagnostic standards of SanRenSoup are the chest distress without appetite, the tiredness of limbs, the heaviness of head and body, pain, dry mouth without desire of water, vomit with sick feeling, andabdominal distention. The secondary standards are the fever, the yellow urine, the loosestool, the yellow complexion, the aversion to cold, the bitter tasting in mouth, the tirednessof spirit, the sticky feeling in the mouth, the upset feeling, the somnolence, the body feverin the afternoon, the insomnia, the excess sweating, and the discomforting evacuation.Every disease will showing two energizer symptom.
