Objective：At present the treatment of knee osteoarthritis method is more, manytraditional Chinese medicine acupuncture (acupuncture), and has good clinical efficacy.This subject adopts silver needle therapy for knee osteoarthritis, as compared with thetraditional warm acupuncture treatment by observing the clinical curative effect, thepurpose is to explore the clinical curative effect of silver needle therapy of thermalconductivity is better than traditional warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, so as toprovide a for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect is better than thenew methods of warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.Methods：Select this topic included in the standard of60patients with kneeosteoarthritis, using a random number table is divided into the treatment group and controlgroup, two groups of30cases each.Two groups of patients before treatment in gender, age,illness, duration, etc. There was no significant differences on clinical data.Treatment groupadopts silver needle therapy to heat treatment of knee soft tissue pressure point, first in thefront of the knee acupuncture, interval of3days again popliteal fossa of acupuncture, thisis a treatment.Interval treatment once a week, a total of treatment2times.Control groupadopts "tired day find" method, with filiform needle acupuncture points around the kneejoint, article with heating at the same time, two weeks before treatment1times a day,3to4weeks treatment once every1day.The final statistical analysis, two groups in2weeksand3months after treatment, respectively are compared, and efficient function and clinicalsymptoms of clinical conclusions.Results：1. The symptom scores comparison: silver needle acupuncture therapy group(treatment group) and the temperature of thermal conductivity in treatment group (controlgroup) all can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms.In the two groups in pain scoresbefore and after treatment had significantly lower, there are significant differencecompared with before treatment (p <0.05);3months after treatment group of patientstreated pain score2weeks after the cure decreased significantly (p <0.05);control patientstreated for3months after two weeks after the pain score than cure decline is not obvious (p<0.05), suggesting a silver needle group of thermal conductivity of the long-term curative effect is better than that of warm acupuncture group.2. The total effective rate comparison:2weeks after treatment, treatment group totaleffectiveness80.0%, control group total effective rate was53.3%,by the statistical test, p <0.05, the difference between the two groups have significant,that silver needle therapy forknee osteoarthritis of thermal conductivity of clinical curative effect is better than that ofwarm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.3months after treatment, treatment group totaleffectiveness90.0%, control group was46.7%.By the statistical test, p <0.05, differencessignificant, long curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion：Silver needle therapy and acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis ofthermal conductivity have curative effect, but the silver needle therapy temperatureacupuncture treatment effect is good, and the long-term curative effect is more better thanwen acupuncture, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
