The Application Research Of Fine Silver Needle Heat Conduction Therapy In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis And Herpes Zoster Pain

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Fine Thermal Silver Needle Therapy(Fine Thermal Silver Needle Therapy)in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN)and knee osteoarthritis(KOA)at Ambulatory Surgery Center.Methods:1.150 patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)were randomly divided into two groups:the first group:control group(drug+ O3)and the second group:observation group(drug+O3+fine silver needle)with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated by subcutaneous injection of 20%ozone(O3)in combination with oral drugs(vaccination of vaccinia vaccine with rabbit inflammatory skin extract tablets(neurotropin)2 tablets(8 units)Bid;methylcobalamin tablets 500 UG Tid;vitamin B1 tablets 10mg Tid;gabapentin capsules gradually increased from 0.3 g Qd to 0.6 g Tid;tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(Chimandin)half tablets(5 units).0 mg)oral Q12H.Subcutaneous injection of 20%O320 ml was given to the painful part of the skin lesion once a week.The observation group was treated with fine silver needle heat conduction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The temperature was set at 80 C for 20 minutes,once a week for 2 W.Then,before and after treatment,at 1W time point and 2W time point respectively,the following data were analyzed and evaluated:Visual Analogue Scale VAS,Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD,Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA and 1993 by the University of Pittsburgh.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was developed.2.Similarly,110 patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis(KOA)were divided into two groups,group 1:control group(55 cases treated with intra-articular injection therapy:medical chitosan)and group 2:observation group(55 cases treated with intra-articular injection of medical chitosan,plus heat conduction of fine silver needle in knee joint).The control group was given 2 W once chitosan(for intra-articular injection)for intra-articular injection,while the observation group was treated with fine silver needle for heat conduction at knee joint on the basis of the control group;the setting temperature was 100 C,the time was 20 minutes,once every 2 weeks,for 4 weeks.Finally,the following scoring results were analyzed:Visual Analogue Scale VAS,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index and Lysholm score before and after treatment at 1W,2W and 4W.Results:1.137 cases of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)were actually completed,of which 8 cases were lost in the control group and 67 cases were actually found.In the observation group,5 patients dropped out,which actually became 70 cases.By comparing the VAS of the two groups at the time points of 1 W and 2 W before and after treatment,it was found that the VAS of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),but the VAS of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The anxiety state(HAMA anxiety scale)and depression state(HAMD scale)of the two groups at 1W and 2W after treatment showed a downward trend with the prolongation of treatment time(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The sleep quality(PSQI)of the two groups at 1W and 2W afte r treatment also decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significance between the two groups(P>0.05).2.108 patients with knee osteoarthritis(PHN)were actually completed,one case in the control group dropped off,54 cases in fact,and one case in the observation group dropped off,54 cases in fact.At 1W,2W and 4W after treatment,the VAS of the control group and the observation group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).In addition,the knee joint function and activities of daily living(WOMAC Osteoart:hritis Index score and Lysholm score)of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the knee joint function of the treatment group)with fine silver needle was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Coclutions:Fine silver needle heat conduction method has a better analgesic effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.It can improve the pain and function of knee osteoarthritis patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
