Objective:To analyze the relevant risk factors of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (RAAA) and surgical management. Methods:The date of200patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm,30patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm and170patients with non ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, between July2003and January2014in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were analyzed retrospectively by diameter of AAA, intraluminal thrombus (DLT), concomitant disease, dyslipidemia, body mass index(BMI), age, gender, hemoglobin, operation time and shock index. To analyze the relationship of the variables with the risk of ruptured and mortality. Results:Smoking, treat irregularly hypertension, pain, pulmonary disease, hyperhomocysteinemia, body mass index and the diameter of aneurysm bigger than5cm are the risk factor of RAAA. The intraluminal thrombus common in patients with no ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. The female gender rates, age, diabetes rates, hypertension rates, cerebrovascular disease rates, coronary disease rates, peripheral arterial disease rates, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, LP (a), apoA, and apoB were similar. The total morality rate of RAAA was66.7%(20/30), the operative morality rate was41.2%(7/17). The shock index great than or equal to1.0and hemoglobin under90g/L are the risk factors of prognosis for patients with RAAA.Conclusion:The diameter of AAA bigger than5cm, smoking, pulmonary disease rates, hyperhomocysteinemia, body mass index, treat irregularly hypertension and pain are the risk factor of RAAA. The intraluminal thrombus can protect AAA from rupturing. The shock index great than or equal to1.0and hemoglobin under90g/L are the risk factors of prognosis for patients with RAAA. To intervene the risk factors and correct shock by intravenous infusions are the key to improve the survival rate of RAAA.
