Conclusion (1) double arm medial hose transplant the double helix fully repair technique can obtain good in lack of double ear, wheel repair effect.(2) This procedure is applicable to the ear error of patients with severe skin defect, such as burns, and other surgical patients can’t repair.(3) This method has simple and reasonable design, easy to master. Have good practical value.(4) Helix after repair can meet the physical and aesthetic requirements.
