Objective:Using Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular opacific-ation to observe hemodynamic characteristics of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) left intra-cardiac.And the impaction of the detection rate for Noncompaction of Ventricular Myocar-dium (NVM).Methods:Injecting Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular opacific-ation by peripheral vein,for14cases of DCM patients and13cases of control subjects. Both using normal adult heart imaging software and Contrast LVO state imaging softwareto Observe and analyze similarities and the differences of the imaging in both imagingsoftware;to observe hemodynamic characteristics of DCM left intracardiac and the impa-ction of the detection rate for NVM.Results:1.Injecting Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular opacif-ication in the Contrast LVO software, the left heart chamber imaging of all subjects showevenly dot imaging, which can not reflect the hemodynamic changes of the left heartchamber;Injecting Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricularopacification in normal adult heart imaging software, the left heart chamber imaging of allsubjects showed the conclusion is the hemodynamic changes of the left the left heartchambe of all the14cases of DCM patients are eddy currents,no one is laminar flow;all13cases of control subjects are laminar flows; no one is eddy current. To compare bothgroups of characteristics of the the hemodynamic changes in the left heart chamber imagi- ng by Chi-square test,χ2=54,P<0.01.2.Using the two-dimensional echocardiography to check the group of DCM patientsfound that4cases of them have Noncompaction of Ventricular Myocardium, the positive is28.57%.Using the Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricularopacification to check the group of DCM patients found that8cases of themi are NVMpatients, the positive is57.14%.Comparison of the two methods, using Perfluoropr op-ane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular angiography can improve thedetection rate of NVM.Conclusion:1. Using Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular opacification in normal adult heart imaging software which can observe hemodynamiccharacteristics of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) left intracardiac.2. The hemodynamic changes of the left the left heart chambe of DCM patients areeddy currents which can explain left ventricular ejection fraction of the heart failurepatients reduced due to the blood in the left heart chamber staying for a long time andremaining more.3. Using Perfluoropropane-albumin microsphere injection to left ventricular opacifi-cation in the Contrast LVO software, the detection of NVM with high sensitivity.
