Investigation And Training Tactics Research On Current Status Of Diabetes Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Capacity Of Endocrinology Nurse

Objectives:By investigating the status of diabetes comprehensive nursing interventioncapacity of endocrinology nurse, acknowledge the level of diabetes comprehensivenursing intervention capacity of endocrinology nurse, explore the related factors thatinfluencing the diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofendocrinology nurse, summarize the strategy to improve diabetes comprehensivenursing intervention capacity of endocrinology nurse, to provide a reference andlearn to cultivate the diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofendocrinology nurse.Methods:This research adopts the convenience sampling method, selected110endocrinology nurse in Shenyang as the research object, using self-designedquestionnaire which includes two parts: the general data of endocrinology nurse andthe status scale of diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofendocrinology nurse. Used the Epidata3.1software for data entry, establisheddatabase, and the SPSS software was used to analyze data. The general data ofendocrinology nurse and the result of diabetes comprehensive nursing interventioncapacity of endocrinology nurse were described by descriptives such as frequency,percentage, mean, standard deviation, maximum, minimum and so on. Measurementdata are processed by t-test, variance analysis and nonparametric test, with multiplestep wise regression analysis the influence factors of comprehensive nursing intervention capacity of endocrinology nurse.Results:1.The gross score on diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofShenyang endocrinology nurse was (186.219±21.94) points, the average score was(186.219±21.94) points, the ability of health education has the highest score that was(29.20±4.35) points, the basics of diabetes has the lowest score that was(14.01±2.40)points.2.The scores of diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofShenyang endocrinology nurse in different ages, education, title, work time whetherdepartment organized relevant lectures annually, whether have psychological careexperience for patients with diabetes, whether have concerns about the daily lives ofdiabetes patients with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education, title, worktime was the main influencing factors that influence diabetes comprehensive nursingintervention capacity of endocrinology nurse.Conclusions:1.The overall status diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity ofShenyang endocrinology nurse was in the mid to upper level, but there are still someendocrinology nurse’s diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacity waslow,nurse’s intervention capacity needs to be improved further.2.The scores of each dimension in questionnaire from respondents’ answer wasin the middle level, after the percentage of conversion, each dimension descending thescores were: health education ability, knowledge of low blood sugar, diabetic footprotection knowledge, dietary guidance, psychological care, exercise guidance,medication guide, basics of diabetes.3.Endocrinology nurse diabetes comprehensive nursing intervention capacitywas influenced by the factors of ages, education, title, work time whether departmentorganized relevant lectures annually, whether have psychological care experience forpatients with diabetes, whether have concerns about the daily lives of diabetespatients. Between them, education, title and work time are the major factors. 4. Strengthen endocrinology nurse diabetes comprehensive nursing interventioncapacity knowledge and skills training.
