Objective: Investigate selective and focused on the impact of comprehensive nursingintervention phased pregnancy outcomes of gestational diabetes, gestational diabetesprevention clinic to find effective methods of care.Methods: This study selected from2012November to2013October in our hospitalobstetrics and gynecology outpatient glucose screening positive for GDM pregnantwomen,64cases as the observation group. Select the same period diagnosed in thesame period in hospital delivery Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,comprehensive care during pregnancy did not receive the intervention or unwilling tocarry out comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with69cases of gestationaldiabetes as a control group. On the observation group included64cases of gestationaldiabetes in pregnant women, nursing in the traditional basis, to take comprehensivecare interventions and interventions have focused on the implementation of the regionis divided into three stages: the first stage of gestational age <28weeks, focusing onhealth education, supplemented diet control, exercise intervention; second phase of28weeks of gestation to36weeks of gestation, focusing on dietary intervention, exerciseintervention, pregnancy care and self-care, and make health education for pregnantwomen and psychological counseling; third stage of36weeks of gestation topostpartum psychological intervention in focus, infection prevention, perinatal care, while continuing to carry out health education glucose monitoring, diet control andmaternal. Study, the focus during pregnancy combined with changes in physiologicaland psychological needs of the stage, so that nursing interventions have focused onthree stages, cross each other, mutual penetration, sustained effect on the nursingeffect comprehensive evaluation of the two groups of patients. In the control groupwere taken to the traditional methods of care.Results: The observation group of64patients after nursing intervention, theobservation group of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in amnioticfluid index, BMI, pregnancy weight gain, birth weight, fasting blood glucose,2hpostprandial blood glucose and other indicators are less than/less than control group,statistical analysis showed that, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The probability of the observation group premature delivery, cesarean section,polyhydramnios, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary system infection and other adversepregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than that of the control group, afterstatistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Theobservation group hypertension during pregnancy, fetal distress, neonatalhypoglycemia, the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia rate were lower than thecontrol group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Furtheranalysis shows that while the control group placenta previa, a dramatic child,premature rupture of membranes, neonatal pneumonia and neonatal hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy were higher than in the observation group, but no significantdifferences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: For gestational diabetes mellitus, development stage, the comprehensivenursing intervention, can be very good to reduce perinatal complications, thepregnancy outcome is improved, thus the comprehensive nursing intervention inpregnancy for application in patients with diabetes mellitus.
