The Analysis Between The Tongue Color Characteristics With The Related Factors Of Gastric Cancer

Objectives: By summarizing the distribution of patients tongue color of gastriccancer and discussing its relevant factors,it can provide information and basis for thediagnosis,the treatment and the prognosis of gastric cancer.Method: Collect and record the patient’s tongue and the related factors such as thepathology,operation type,canceration position, PT, APTT, FIB, DD and other coagulationparameters. By using the statistical methods,we can analyze the relationship between therelated factors and distribution of tongue color of gastric cancer.Results: The distribution of tongue color of gastric cancer patients from more to lessfollowed was purple tongue, light red tongue, pale tongue, deep red tongue.Tongue colorcharacteristics of gastric cancer patients,their onset age, sex and smoking history had noobvious correlation.Canceration position speaking,cardia cancer patients purple tongue washighest, followed by the gastric cancer group, the body of stomach cancer group and othersites group were with the highest proportion of pale red tongue.Term speaking, most of thegastric cancer patients in Ⅰ,Ⅱ term were light red tongue and most of the gastric cancerpatients in Ⅲ, Ⅳ term were purple tongue. the largest proportion of the radicalgastrectomy group of patients was light red tongue,the largest proportion of the palliativesurgery group of patients was purple tongue.Differences in PT, APTT, FIB of differenttongue color group had no statistical significance in patients with gastric cancer.The DDvalues of the purple tongue group were higher than the other three groups.Conclusion: Tongue color distribution features of gastric cancer patients is related topatient’s pathological staging,operation type and their’s canceration position.Purple tongueis the most common type and it’s plasma D-two dimer level is relatively higher than theothers.
