A Clinical Study On Delaying The Cource Of Hypertensive Kidney Damags(CKD Stages3-4) With Lianhuang Turbid Clearance Granules

Objective: To observe the effect of Lianhuang Turbid Clearance Granules(LHTCG)in treating Renal Damage due to Primary Hypertension(CKD stages3-4) and to explore itsmechanism. Methods:102patients of RDHRFS with the deficiency of spleen andkidney,interior accumulation of dampness and turbid syndrome of CKD stages3-4.All ofthem were asked for a two weeks elution period,and then were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group with51cases in each. Based on the generaltreatment,the experimental group was given LHTCG,control group was given UremicClearance Granule(UCG),12months of treatment,each patient’s blood pressure,serumcreatinine,blood urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,24-hour urinary protein were recorded beforetreatment and after treatment in first,3,6,12months. Numerical changes were comparedbetween two groups,and statistical analysis of the two groups the incidence ofevents.Comprehensive comparison of two different therapeutic schemes for the course ofthe disease. Results: The blood pressure and24-hour urinary protein of experimentalgroup were lower than before and has a significant difference (P<0.01-0.05),but the changsof control group no statistical difference (P>0.05);While compared with the control groupafter the treatment, the reduction of blood pressure in the experiment group wassignificantly reduced(P<0.01-0.05),24-hour urinary protein in twelfth months aftertreatment compared between two groups,experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.01). The Serum creatinine of experimental group was lower after treatment(P<0.01),while the control group only in the first months of after treatment was lower thanbefore(P<0.05); While compared with the control group after the treatment, the differencebetween the two groups was significant(P<0.01-0.05).After treatment,both of two groups of Bun were lower than before(P<0.01-0.05); While compared with the control group afterthe treatment,the Bun of experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin of experimental group increased than that beforetreatment(P<0.01-0.05),and in twelfth month,experimental group increased significantly(P<0.01). Based on the outcome of survival analysis,the end point event rate ofexperimental group was much lower than the control group (P=0.038),with significantdifference.Conclusion:LHTCG group therapy was superior to UCG group. LHTCG is oneof the effactive drugs of treating the disease.It processes such functions as effective smoothblood pressure, lowering the Scr and Bun,reducing urinary protein excretion and increasedhemoglobin.
