| Objective:1.The objective is to observe the ration of interior accumulation of dampness and turbid which is the clinical symptom of CRF(period of failure) result from the hypertensive kidney lesion and to expose the material basis of interior accumulation of dampness and turbid;2.To observe the curative clinical effects of Lianhuang Jiangzhuo decoction treating the hypertensive kidney lesion. Methods:1. Divide the patients to 4 groups HANS,CGN,DN and AAN group according to the primary disease. study the change of Blood Biochemical ,Hemorheology ,PTH and blood-pressure. 2. By clinical investigation choose 60 patients who fit the norms of hypertensive kidney lesion and divide them into Lianhuang Jiangzhuo decoction group,Niaodu Qing control group at random, each group has 30 patients and observe the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: 1.From the results of clinical research, we can see that the Scr,Bun,UA, blood lipids and PTH of hypertensive kidney lesion groups patients is obviously higher and the CO2CP is lower than the other 3 groups(P<0.05或P<0.01).2.The trial group is better than the control group significantly at the total efficiency of symptom before and after treatment and also can improve effectively the Scr, Bun, lipids, PTH, hemorheology, CO2CP in blood (P<0.05或P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. The interior accumulation of dampness and turbid which is the may symptom of CRF(period of failure) result from the hypertensive kidney lesion and the results showed that the Scr,Bun,UA, blood lipids, PTH, hemorheology and CO2CP was significantly correlated with interior accumulation of dampness and turbid.2.According to the results, we can conclude that the Lianhuang Jiangzhuo decoction can alleviate symptoms of the patients efficiently, has many functions such as regulate the blood lipids, improve the blood microcirculation, descend the Scr, Bun, UA, correct the acidosis, improve the disorder metabolism of bone, so it is an efficient recipe for hypertensive kidney lesion.
