| Purpose:This study aims to through the adoption of YQHXFF treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)patients with blood stasis due to qi asthenia,observing YQHXFF in SAP patients with blood stasis due to qi asthenia and the effect of the clinical curative effect.Analyze and compare the changes of various indicators to verify the effect of SAP and the improvement of quality of life.To reveal the theoretical basis for the treatment of SAP by using YQHXFF,providing new ideas and medicine for the clinical treatment of SAP.Materials and methods:This experimental research objects are from liaoning university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine cardiopulmonary K specializes in December 2016 to May 2017 clinic patients,will be included in the standard of 70 patients with SAP,according to the medical order,according to the digital table method were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases each.Control group to the conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group was treated with YQHXFF on the basis of conventional western medicine,two groups of observation time for 2 weeks.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine,traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,angina pectoris curative effect,ECG,EuroQol five-dimension questionnaire(EQ-5D),blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function changes of the related indicators,and observation records during the treatment of patients with basic vital signs and adverse events.Results: 1.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,and their differences were significant statistical significance(P<0.01).After treatment,the TCM symptom score had to be compared between two groups,the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant statistical significance(P<0.01).2.After treatment,TCM symptoms curative effect compared the two groups,control group total effectiveness 70.59%,experimental group total effectiveness 90.91%,displaying that both groups were shown to improve the symptoms of TCM,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,angina pectoris curative effect compared the two groups,control group total effectiveness 58.83%,experimental group total effectiveness 87.88%,displaying that both groups were shown to improve angina treatment,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,ECG curative effect of the two groups,control group total effectiveness 58.82%,experimental group total effectiveness 90.91%,displaying that both groups were shown to improve the effect on ECG,the differences are significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The experimental group was superior to the control group.5.After treatment,EQ-VAS scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between EQ-VAS after treatment(P>0.05).6.After treatment,EQ-5D scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the EQ-5D index had to be compared between two groups,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.There was a linear correlation between TCM symptom score and EQ-5D index score(P<0.01),which were negatively correlated,that is,the higher the score of TCM symptoms,the lower the score of EQ-5D index score.8.There was a linear correlation between TCM symptom score and EQ-VAS score(P<0.01),which were negatively correlated,that is,the higher the score of TCM symptoms,the lower the score of EQ-VAS score.9.After treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function safety indexes of both groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The treatment combining the use YQHXFF joint western medicine basic treatment,has better effects on the clinical symptoms,angina pectoris curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,ECG efficiently,than western medicine basic treatment.,in treating of blood stasis due to qi asthenia of SAP.2.YQHXFF joint western medicine basic treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of blood stasis due to qi asthenia of SAP patients.3.No serious adverse reactions and adverse effects have been found in the treatment and treatment,the treatment is safe and effective,and it is worth extensive clinical application. |
