Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of The Type Of Hanning Blood Stasis With Press-kneading Diji (SP8) And Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription

Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Press-kneading Diji(SP8) andXiang Yan Zhi Tong Preseription in treating patients with Primary Dysmenorrheal of thetype of Congealing Cold Blood Syasis. For the disease to seek for a precise and effectivecomprehensive treatment method.Methods:60patients with PD of Hanning blood stasis were selected from thegynecological clinic of Shandong Chinese Medicine Hospital, and divided randomly intothree average groups. The control group was given Shaofuzhuyu Capsule.The traditionalChinese medicine group was given Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription,while the Diji andtraditional Chinese medicine group was given Press-kneading Diji(SP8) and Xiang YanZhi Tong Preseription.The abdominal pain, duration and TCM syndrome were collectedand compared before and after the three–months treatment and every order cycle, then thedata were analyzed by the Statistical Analysis.Result:①In the Diji and traditional Chinese medicine group, the efficiency rate ofabdominal pain was95%, the traditional Chinese medicine group90%,while in the controlgroup80%. To the Diji and traditional Chinese medicine and the traditional Chinesemedicine group and the control group were compared,there was a very significantdifference (P<0.01).②On improving the TCM symptom, Three groups after treatmentwere better than therapy before. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Threegroups, each treatment stage to the Diji and traditional Chinese medicine group is betterthan the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③In the Dijiand traditional Chinese medicine group, the total efficiency rate was95%, the traditional Chinese medicine group90%,while in the control group80%. There was significantdifference between the Diji and traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group(P<0.05).④Single symptom curative effect, to the disappear rate of the Diji andtraditional Chinese medicine group were higher than the traditional Chinese medicinegroup and the control group.Conclusion: Press-kneading Diji(SP8) and Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription has theremarkable curative effects for the patients with PD of the type of Hanning blood stasis.The degree of abdominal pain and the TCM symptom was improved after treatment.Thetotal effective rate significantly was increased.The recent effect is positive. So that,Press-kneading Diji(SP8) and Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription is worthy promotion andfurther study.
