Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of The Type Of Hanning Blood Stasis With Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription

Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription in treating patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea of the type of Hanning blood stasis. Methods: 48 patients with PD of Hanning blood stasis were selected from the gynecological clinic of Shandong Chinese Medicine Hospital, and divided randomly into two average groups. The treatment group was given Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription, while the control group given Shaofuzhuyu Capsule. The abdominal pain, duration and other clinical symptoms were collected and compared before and after the three–months treatment, then the data were analyzed by the Statistical Analysis. Results:①In the treatment group, the efficiency rate of abdominal pain was 95.8%, while in the control group 79.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups in abdominal pain curative effects. (P﹤0.05)②In the treatment group, the total efficiency rate was 95.8%,while in the control one 87.5%. There was significant difference in their total effects.(P﹤0.05)③There was significant difference in the efficiency rate of subsidiary symptoms between the two groups.(P﹤0.05) Conclusion: Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription has the effects of warming channel for dispelling cold and removing blood stasis analgesic. The treatment of this prescription is more effective than Shaofuzhuyu Capsule when it comes to the patients withPD of the type of Hanning blood stasis. So that, Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription is worthy promotion and further study.
