The Clinical Study Of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulat-ion Analgesia During Oocyte Retrieval Operation In Vitro Fertileza-tion-embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)

Objective:To observe analgesic effect， analgesic mechanism and safety oftranscutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in oocyte retrieval operationundergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods: A total of200patients who are undergoing oocyte retrieval operati-on，whose follicle number no more than5are randomly divided into observation group1andcontrol group1, follicle number greater than5and no more than15are randomly dividedinto observation group2and control group2,each group include50cases.30min beforeoocyte retrieval operation,observation group1were gived TENS (transcutane-ouselectrical nerve stimulation), control group1were gived placebo treatment observationgroup2were gived TENS and diclofenac sodium，control group2were gived placebotreatment and diclofenac sodium. Observe pati-ent,s β-endorphin levels before and aftersurgery, short-style McGill pain question-naire are gived to patients after operation andafter an hour. comparing two groups of ovums, clinical pregnancy rate and so on.Results:Compare to control group, observation group produced an observable efect inpain relief during oocyte retrieval operation and after operation an hour. short McGillscores are lower than the control group (P <0.05), fertilization rate, clinical pregnancyrate,have no statistical significance(P>0.05). in observation group Human β-endorphinlevels are elevated(P <0.05), in control group Human β-endorphin levels are basicallyunchanged(P>0.05),The side effects nausea during the oocyte retrienval in the observationgroup1were fewer than that in the control1group(P<0.05),and another side effectsDizziness、vomiting and sweating was no significant difference between the observation group1and the control group1(P>0.05), All the side effects during the oocyte retrienval inthe group2were no significant difference between the observation group2and the controlgroup2(P>0.05).Conclusions: In oocyte retrieval，Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation hasthe advances of safety,high effectiveness，after oocyte etrieval，and few side effects．It isa choice of safe and effective method of analgesia.
