Objective::Vitamin D3plays an important role in people’s health,25(OH) D3can raise the survival rate ofthe healthy people and patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD), in this study,by determining the levelof serum25(OH)D3in the patients with chronic kidney disease in the region,to understand the25(OH)D3level of serum at different stages of chronic kidney disease patients(CKD patients from the first stage to thefifth stage without dialysis) in this region and study the relationship between the levels and other detectionindex. Methods: In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria into the group ofpatients,select119cases of the first stage to fifth stage of chronic kidney disease patients without dialysiswho were in our hospital form1January2013to31March2013and the30cases of health controlsexamined in our hospital at the same period,(there are15cases of the first stage of chronic kidney diseasepatients,27cases of the second stage of chronic kidney disease patients,35cases of the third stage ofchronic kidney disease patients,28cases of the fourth stage of chronic kidney disease patients and14casesof the fifth stage of chronic kidney disease patients) and the30cases of healthy controls examined in ourhospital at the same period,According to the American foundation for kidney disease prognosis of kidneydisease quality guidelines (K/DOQI) recommended standard simplified kidney diet adjustment (MDRD)equation to calculate estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), diagnosis of patients with chronic kidneydisease (CKD).Collect the demographic data of the group of people (date of birth, age, gender, height, weight, duration, etc). Relevant medical history (the primary disease of kidney, hypertension, diabetes, liverdisease, digestive system disease, respiratory disease, history of parathyroid surgery, etc). Medicationhistory, etc. All the people are fasting12h before extracting the empty stomach elbow vein blood sampleson the next morning.By automatic biochemical method detect the index of blood calcium (Ca), phosphorus(P),serum albumin(Alb),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose (GLU),hemoglobin (Hb), etc,By using chemiluminescence determination detect the index of parathyroid hormone(PTH),and the same time,return5ml whole blood in regular anticoagulation tubes, let them sit for30minutes,3000r/min,centrifuge for10minutes,return the serum specimens, save in-80℃refrigerator,usingthe experiment of enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA),detected the levels of25(OH)D3.compare theconcentration of25(OH)D3between each group and analyze the relationship between the levels of25(OH)D3with other detection index in serum. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of25(OH)D3in the CKD patients from the third stageto the fifth stage are significantly decreased (P<0.05), the level of serum25(OH)D3in the CKD3patients is16.94±4.05(ng/mL),the CKD4patients is13.56±3.77(ng/mL),and the CKD5patients is12.49±4.41(ng/mL),the insufficient rate of25(OH)D3in the CKD patients is37.8%and the rate of deficiency is60.5%.The levels of PTH and serum creatinine in the CKD patients from the third stage to the fifth stage aresignificantly increased (P<0.05). the levels of serum phosphate in the fifth CKD patients are significantlyincreased(P<0.05). The levels of serum25(OH)D3was negatively correlated with creatinine,PTH,Ageand blood glucose(r=-0.480、-0.217、-0.604、-0.183,All P<0.05).but the levels of serum25(OH)D3was positively correlated with eGFR,hemoglobin, albumin, sexuality and variety of disease(r=0.569、0.512、0.359、0.200、0.300,All P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum25(OH)D3in the CKD patients from the third stage to the fifth stage aresignificantly decreased in the region,in addition,There are certain relevance between the levels of25(OH)D3in CKD patients and the creatinine,eGFR, albumin,Hb,PTH, and type of disease.
