Backgroud: chronic kidney disease is the name for a kind of chronic renal damage caused by different reasons,and may lead to renal insufficiency and end-stage renal failure in patients with chronic kidney disease.its incidence in China is generally a common disease,and many diseases can lead to the occurrence and progress of CKD.if not early detection of patients will not pay attention.However,the occurrence and development of CKD is quite rapid,until the attention of patients is basically close to CKD3 ~ 5.at the same time,CKD progression is always accompanied by a variety of complications.Therefore,this study mainly discusses whether sialic acid in the development of CKD occur a certain link,whether it helps to study the progress of CKD changes in the process.Objective: To explore the correlation and the changes of levels between sialic acid(SA)and hematological parameters in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods: based on K /DOQI Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Kidney Disease Evaluation Classification and Stratification.Clinical data from 148 in patients of CKD during January 2014 to March 2016 were retrospectively analysed,which CKD1 of 17 cases,CKD2 in 20 cases,CKD3 in 15 cases,CKD4 in 26 cases,70 cases of patients with CKD 5 stage,age(60.49 ±15.1),Acquisition of the fresh blood with hospitalized patients were detected and analyzed in the morning,While excluding the use of erythropoietin,cephalosporins and other related drugs and acute kidney disease;at the same time,29 healthy check-up people,who didn't take any medicine in two weeks before blood sampling,age(62.17 ± 11.28).Recorded stages in patients with CKD and healthy controls respectively of the age,sex,SA,serum creatinine(Scr),Cys C and white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),reticulocyte(Ret),platelet(PLT);Of which estimating e GFR used the simplified Chinese people MDRD formula to calculate and analyze,Used e GFR as an evaluation criterion of renal function stage.On the basis of e GFR to group chronic kidney disease(CKD),The each group of data acquisition were analyzed,while While a second group accord to the data of SA interquartile range for statistical analysis of the experiment data.Result: all of data were statistically analyzed in each stage of CKD.? SA increased significantly in CKD5 stage,the data statistically significant difference between the control group and between CKD1~4 stages;? The difference of Cys C between CKD3~5 stage were significant,while the data of Cys C had difference between CKD3~5 stage and the early CKD were statistically significant,in addition,Cys C in CKD stages and control group differences were statistically significant.?The data of WBC,there were no significant difference in CKD stages.while in the control group were not significantly difference.?The data of Hb in CKD4~5 stage,there were significant difference between each other stage and control group,while difference between CKD4 and CKD5 were statistically significant,statistical difference in that between CKD3~5 and control group.?The data of RBC in CKD4~5 stage,there were significant difference between each other stage and control group,addition difference between CKD4 and CKD5 were statistically significant.? The difference of Ret between CKD5 and CKD1 ~ 2 stage were statistically significant,there were no significant difference in CKD 3~5,the difference between each stages and control group were statistical significance.?In CKD4 and control group,the data of PLT,which were significant difference.no significant difference were found between other stages and control group.148 patient of CKD,to analyze on the basis of quartile range of SA,divided into four groups,of which the upper quartile group A<59.9mg/dl,middle quartile group B(59.9~67.4)mg/dl,middle quartile group C(67.5~83.1)mg/dl,lower quartile group D>83.1mg/dl.?e GFR data between D group and the other groups were statistically significant differences.?Hb in the C group and D group,the difference was statistically significant.while C,D two groups of data and A,B two groups of data were statistically significant difference.? A statistically significant difference of the data of RBC between groups C and D.at the same time,C,D two groups of data and A,B two groups of data were statistically significant differences.? WBC data of A group and other groups were statistically significant differences,while the other groups were not statistically significant difference.?the data of PLT,there were no significant difference between each group.?Ret data between D group and other groups were statistically significant.? between Cys C data of A,B group and C,D group a statistically significant difference.Through spearman correlation analysis this study found that there were a negative correlation between SA and e GFR,RBC,Hb.but SA and WBC,Ret,Cys C were positively correlation.while the study found no correlation between SA and PLT After Spearman correlation analysis with relevant data,in which multi linearity regress mechanic to analyze data was used.SA as the dependent variable,the regression analysis results of the following data.SA were a positive correlation with Cys C and WBC,and a negative correlation with Hb,the regression equation was Y=92.557+2.068WBC+1.188CysC-0.596 Hb.Conclusion: The SA of CKD has certain clinical significance in chronic inflammation progression to renal failure.while chronic inflammation in CKD process,with Cys C,WBC has a positive correlation,negative correlation with Hb.
