A Retrospective Study Of Diagnostic Technique In Primary Gastric Lymphoma

Objective Sorting out the clinical features of primary gastric lymphoma and discusses thecontributions to the various diagnostic methods on gastric lymphoma diagnosis, for improvethe cognition of gastric lymphoma and average up the level of diagnosis and treatment, reducethe misdiagnosis rate.Methods Make retrospective investigations of the diagnostic methods of26cases whichwere pathology confirmed primary gastric lymphoma Between January2003and January2013of Shihezi university medicine college first affiliated hospital. The main method includeabdomen ultrasound examination, Upper gastrointestinal angiography, CT examination,gastroscopy and exploratory laparotomy.Results This study collected26case which Make a definite diagnosis of primary gastriclymphoma. In this study the onset age of the primary gastric lymphoma are23-81ages. Highrates of men than women, the ratio is2.25:1. Abdominal discomfort such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension accounts for about76.9%Nausea, vomiting accounts for about53.8%.Poor appetite, emaciation and losing weight accounts for about46.1%. Acid reflux, heartburnaccounts for about30.8%. Fever accounts for about23.1%. Abdominal mass accounts forabout15.5%. Melena accounts for about7.7%.21/26performs ultrasound examination. Thereare11cases suggest swollen lymph nodes around the stomach.It accounts for about52.4%.Tips for primary gastric lymphoma in3cases. It accounts for about14.3%. Noabnormal case is4cases, it accounts for about19.0%.23/26performs CT examination.Combined with the clinical thinking of gastric lymphoma in5cases. It accounts for about21.7%. No abnormal case is5cases,it accounts for about21.7%.22/26performs gastroscopy.Tips for primary gastric lymphoma in12cases It accounts for about54.5%. Tips for Distal gastric cancer in1cases It accounts for about4.5%.This study incidence of no line of upper gastrointestinal angiography and laparotomy cases.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of gastric lymphoma are not typical. Mainly abdominalpain, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting and weight loss. At the same time accompaniedby acid reflux, heartburn, abdominal mass, dark and bloody stool. Different inspectionmethods for diagnosis of primary gastric lymphoma diagnosis coincidence rate difference. Itshows that contribution to the diagnosis of primary gastric lymphoma value differently,gastroscopy is the most effective and minimally invasive method.
