Objective: In male New Zealand white rabbit radius fracture model isset up, using immunohistochemical techniques to detect local growthfactor BMP-2, through the BMP-2expression level in the process offracture healing, in the case of a change to explore the therapeuticmechanism of Qiang Li Jie Gu capsule to promote bone fracture healing.Methods: Ninety rabbit were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group,the blank group, with thirty in each group.After thegrouping,using rongeur cause a0.3cm bone defect On the left side of theradius of middle and lower junction.Then suture the incision step by step,sterile gauze bandage, cause do not make any fixed standard externalfixation of fracture model.2days after treatment group model replicationaccording to standard0.5g/(kg· d) be given strong bone capsule.In thecontrol group according to standard0.35g/(kg· d) be given fracturebruise capsule; Has not been any drug intervention in blank group.Experimental animals are in the same experimental conditions with thesame method to ordinary bar material bar by specialized technicalpersonnel and management. Respectively at1,2,3,4,5weeks, thetreatment group, control group and blank group, each group randomlydrew6rabbits, then kill the rabbits with the method of venous airembolism. Remove the left side of the radius,Centered on callus,including upper and lower end each2.0cm place materials, excludingfascia, muscles and tendons, retain the periosteum and bone scabs, asexperimental samples. By10%phosphate buffered formalin fixed fluid,EDTA decalcified, normal tissue embedding and slice, dewaxingdehydration and dyeing, after a series of steps by image analysis systemto the expression of BMP-2and distribution were analyzed.Results: Longitudinal comparison, the treatment group after dyeing isstrong weak, after first postoperative dyeing peak appeared in2weeks postoperatively, the control group, the blank group were strong after theweak first, but after dyed peak were delayed. Horizontal comparison, thetreatment group positive staining than the control group, the blank group,especially in1,2weeks.Conclusion: Qiang Li Jie Gu capsule on fracture healing process canpromote BMP-2(BMP-2) expression, and can increase the number ofbone cells, improve the biological activity of osteogenesis cells. Qiang LiJie Gu capsule in promoting fracture healing ability of the expression ofBMP-2is better than that of Gu Zhe Cuo Shang capsule.
