| ObjectiveTo discuss the risk factors of diabetic retinopathy, and offer intervening measures,to provide scientific evidence for causes and pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy andalso provide comprehensive prevention and control.Methods126patients diagnosed Type2diabetes mellitus by endocrinologist werecollected from a hospital of Siping City, Jilin Province between February2012andJanuary2013, who were then divided into NDR group (51patients) and DR group (75patients) through fluorescence fundus angiography operated by ophthalmologist.Basic data such as medical history, age, sex, blood glucose were recorded in details.Other indicaters such as fasting blood-glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose2H(2hBG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC),high and low density lipoprotein (HDL and LDL), systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),24-hour urine protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr) were also monitored. Differences between two groups were compared. The correlationship between various factors and diabetic retinopathy was analyzed bymultivariate analysis.Result:The incidence of diabetic retinopathy was59.5%. There are significant differencebetween diabetic patients with retinopathy and those without retinopathy(P<0.05) inthe course of disease, age, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, fasting blood-glucose,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein. Univariate analysis was statistically significantfactors related to blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides.Multifactor-analyses using logistic regression models. Results display that blood diabetic retinopathy. fasting blood-glucose and triglycerides are the risk factors ofdiabetic retinopathy (P<0.05),OR ratios are4.210(95CI%:1.612,10.997),1.562(95CI%:1.021,2.391).Conclusion:1.The incidence of diabetic retinopathy of126patients from Siping was59.5%.2.The course of disease, age, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, fastingblood-glucose, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein are significantly differentbetween NDR group and DR group.3.The occurrence of DR has a relationship with fasting blood-glucose andtriglycerides, they are the risks factor of diabetic retinopathy. |
