Objective: This study aims to clinical pulse wave detecting hemodynamic parametersprediction based on the principle of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, using thewireless network to realize remote detection, realize the dynamic forecast of pregnancy,high character, early screening for pregnancy, high character, diagnosis and treatment toprovide technical support in a timely manner.Methods: Software part is mainly used to control data acquisition, waveform of pulsewave signal recognition and hemodynamic parameters calculation, data display andpreservation as well as the realization of data communication, etc. Hardware part accordingto the principle of pulse wave hemodynamic detection, acquisition finger tip volume pulsewave; After filtering, amplification, AD transform analysis into the processor, get a perfecthigh prediction related hemodynamic parameters.Results: The system was putted into effect by teachers and students major in massage thenproved that it is basically meet the training and teaching acquirement.Conclusion: This system can realize the perfect high of early screening, diagnosis andtreatment. Can meet the requirements of clinical use.
