Shenfu Injection In Sepsis Shock Early Influence On Hemodynamics

Objective: this study looked at and attached injection on hemodynamics in patientswith sepsis shock, microcirculation perfusion and the influence of recovery time, contrastanalysis and the attached injection in sepsis shock has a role in the treatment of earlyrecovery rescue.Methods: in patients with sepsis shock diagnosis standard, were randomly dividedinto group A (standard treatment+arguments with injection group) and group B (thestandard treatment group). To standard therapy, all patients were A group of patients on thebasis of the standard treatment with ginseng injection treatment. Application in the processof early capacity recovery treatment, heart colour to exceed, blood gas analyzer monitoring0,6,24hours after admission in patients with three time points of microcirculationhemodynamics, tissue perfusion index, and the two groups after admission to completearterial and venous catheter use PICCO monitor hemodynamic monitoring6,12、24hourstime points, microcirculation perfusion index, compare the change of the two groups ofpatients before and after treatment, analysis and attached injection in sepsis shock theclinical curative effect of early recovery treatment capacity.Results: after treatment for6h、12h and24h and attached to the group of PICCO(pulse indicator continuous cardiac output) monitor, heart colour to exceed, blood gasanalyzer monitoring hemodynamics and microcirculation of tissue perfusion in patientswith quantitative indexes improved than the control group (p <0.05), but the lung waterhad no obvious change.Conclusion: ginseng with injection in sepsis shock early capacity recovery treatmenthas good clinical effect, found no adverse effects in the treatment, so to be safe andeffective in clinical application. Early capacity recovery treatment in patients with sepsisadded new treatments.
