Objective: Dynamic monitoring of serum E2(estradiol), P (progesterone), β-HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin) value observed early prognosis of threatened abortion, ofserum E2, P, β-HCG joint monitoring value judgments threatened abortion prognosis.Methods: A retrospective data collected Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine gynecology ward94patients, divided according to theoutcome of pregnancy miscarriage cured49cases,45cases of miscarriage healed group.6to10weeks of gestation dynamic monitoring of serum E2, P, β-HCG values and statisticalpatient’s age, maternal history. Using SPSS17.O statistical software, application rank sumtest, chi-square test and other statistical methods of data analysis, observe the changes ofserum E2, P, β-HCG values between the two groups.Results:1.Each gestational age group between cure serum, E2, P, β-HCG valuecomparison: Blood E2value six weeks and seven weeks, seven weeks and eight weeksthere was significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01),8weeks and9weeks thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05),9weeks and10weeks showed nosignificant difference (P>0.05); blood P values8weeks and9weeks the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), among the remaining weeks of gestation blood P valueswere not significantly different (P>0.05); blood β-HCG values6weeks and7weeks,7weeks and8weeks there was significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01),8weeks and9weeks showed no statistical significance (P>0.05),9weeks and10weeks thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).2.Healed each gestational age groupbetween serum E2, P, β-HCG value comparison: Blood P value of seven weeks and8weeks, blood β-HCG values6weeks and7weeks,7weeks and8weeks was significantly(P <0.05). In addition, serum E2values between each gestational age, blood P value sixweeks and7weeks,8weeks and9weeks,9weeks and10weeks, serum β-HCG values of8weeks and9weeks,9weeks and10weeks the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3.Each gestational age between the two groups in serum E2, P, β-HCG valuecomparison: Blood E2values of6to10weeks of gestation showed a significant differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01); blood P value of7weeks ofgestation two there are significant differences between groups was statistically significant(P <0.01),6gestational weeks,9weeks of gestation,10weeks of gestation the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05),8gestational age difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05); serum β-HCG values6to9weeks of gestation significant differencewas statistically significant (P <0.01),10weeks of gestation the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Joint dynamic monitoring of serum E2, P, β-HCG three indicators todetermine the prognosis of threatened abortion has important clinical value, whichcompared the serum P, β-HCG more sensitive E2.
