| Object:In evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) zi renal ning god sideadd and subtract the clinical curative effect of treatment of women climacteric syndrome ofinsomnia.Methods: this study will be included in the standard of60cases of women around themenopause insomnia patients, randomly divided into treatment group (zi kidney ning godadd treatment) and control group (kuntai capsule), treatment for2months,2months afterobserving two groups of clinical symptoms, sleep time, sleep evaluation and endocrinechanges.Results:(1) the clinical symptoms of menopause patients with insomnia treatmentgroup had obvious improvement, total effective rate was higher than the control group,compared two groups have statistical significance;(2)in the two groups after Pittsburghsleep rating scale, the treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).(3) thetreatment group on the regulation of sex hormone levels have a certain effect, but presentsdowntrend FSH, E2brings up trend, FSH, E2, before and after treatment of no difference;Therapy group after comparison between the treatment group and control group wasstatistically significant compared E2.(4) patients during the drug did not see obviousadverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:(1) Chinese medicine fang zi kidney ning god treat heart kidney is nothanded in perimenopausal syndrome-insomnia, is better than that of kuntai capsule inimproving sleep disorders.(2) Chinese medicine fang zi kidney ning god add and subtractin treating heart kidney not pay-type perimenopausal syndrome patients with insomniasex hormone levels have certain adjustment.(3) in the clinical observation, traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) zi kidney ning god curative effect on the disease, sleep symptoms improved better than that of kuntai capsule; To improve the symptoms of sleepat the same time, on the other, such as hot flashes sweat out, be agitated, heart palpitations,forgetfulness, dizziness, tinnitus and other major perimenopausal symptoms haveimproved significantly.
