The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Transient Ischemic Attack With Huoluofusui Pill

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and the impact of human blood viscosity ofHuoluo fusui pill on Transient ischemic attack.Method: The372cases of transient ischemic attack patients were randomly dividedinto two groups， the treatment group of186patients were treated with conventionalmedicine plus Huoluo fusui pill; the control group of186patients were treated withconventional western medicine plus complex dan shen tablet. The follow-up period wasone year.Results: The treatment group and the control group had intervention effect ontransient ischemic attack， not only reduced the number of episodes of TIA and thefrequency of completely stroke， but also had significantly improvement on human bloodviscosity. Treatment group and control group were statistically significant (P <0.05)，treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Huoluo fusui pill can inhibit Transient ischemic attack， reduce the number ofepisodes of TIA and the frequency of completely stroke. The mechanism is relevant of thatHuoluo fusui pill can improve hemorheology，lower human blood viscosity.
